Things to consider as you chose a contractor

Does FaciliCare perform its own services or do you assign the contract to a franchise or subcontractor? 

Thoroughly trained Facilicare employees perform all janitorial services and some mechanical services. Services requiring specialized skills and/or equipment are handled through our partners, all of which have met FaciliCare's stringent selection requirements.  FaciliCare functions as the owners advocate through out the services procurement process, including selecting and managing vendors.

Does FaciliCare do citizenship and criminal background checks on its employees?

Absolutely.  FaciliCare does extensive background checks and is able to comply with the strictest security requirements.  All FaciliCare employees wear uniform aprons and ID badges. 

How does FaciliCare guarantee consistent, high quality service?

FaciliCare:

  • Extensively screens candidates, then hires only the best qualified
  • Trains and insures employees before they set foot in your facility.
  • Performs quality control inspections to insure 100% compliance.
  • Recognizes and rewards exceptional employees
  • Understands that communication is crucial to client satisfaction.

Does FaciliCare require its employees to speak, read and write English?

Definitely.  To respond to client needs quickly, it is necessary to communicate both verbally and in written form. It is also a safety concern given that employees use cleaning chemicals.

Does FaciliCare ever pay its employees cash to lower a client's price?

Never!  This is not only illegal;  it recklessly exposes our clients to liability.  Nor, it is in our employee's best interest.  All FaciliCare employees are covered under general liability and workers compensation insurance policies.  FaciliCare deducts and pays all required taxes and makes all mandated contributions to Social Security and Medicare.
